Rigorous Quality Inspection Ensures the Reliability of Every Electric Pallet Truck

Recently, NRT's forklift project successfully shipped another export container. Before shipment, our project manager personally visited the factory to conduct a rigorous random inspection of this batch of pallet trucks—checking everything from overall machine performance to charger accessories, ensuring each product was delivered to the customer in optimal condition.

During the on-site inspection, the initial plan was to sample 15% of the electric pallet trucks. However, to further verify product stability, the project manager proactively doubled the sampling rate, inspecting the chargers of 54 pallet trucks. All results were satisfactory, with no abnormalities. This result not only demonstrates NRT's high consistency in the production process but also confirms our relentless pursuit of reliability.
